Question 7

Accepted Answer

Contact Andrew immediately on WhatsApp. Provide your departure date, nationality, and application reference number. He will assess whether a priority processing request is possible and advise on your options. Do not wait until the day before your flight.

Question 11

Can I get a Vietnam visa within 24 hours?

Accepted Answer

In some cases, same-day or next-day processing may be available depending on your nationality and the current workload of Vietnamese immigration authorities. This cannot be guaranteed. Contact Andrew as early as possible for an honest assessment of your situation.

Question 12

Is same-day or emergency Vietnam visa processing available?

Accepted Answer

Same-day processing may be available in certain circumstances. It is subject to availability and Vietnamese immigration authority decisions. Andrew will assess your case and advise honestly on whether same-day processing is a realistic option for your situation.

Question 13

Can you help if I forgot to apply for a Vietnam visa?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have an upcoming flight and have not yet applied, contact Andrew immediately. Depending on your departure date and nationality, expedited processing may still be possible. The earlier you contact him, the more options are available.

Question 14

Accepted Answer

No. Processing times and approval decisions are set by Vietnamese immigration authorities. Andrew can submit your application with the fastest available option and communicate on your behalf, but he cannot guarantee approval or a specific processing time.

Question 15

What should I do if my flight is tomorrow and I do not have a visa?

Accepted Answer

Contact Andrew on WhatsApp immediately. Provide your passport nationality, arrival date, and current situation. He will assess whether same-day or emergency processing is available for your case and advise on the most practical next step.

Question 17

What should I do if there is a mistake on my Vietnam eVisa?

Accepted Answer

If your issued eVisa contains an error — such as a misspelled name, wrong passport number, or incorrect travel dates — you will need to apply for a correction or a new visa. Contact Andrew to discuss the fastest available option given your travel date.

Question 18

Can I correct my Vietnam eVisa after it has been issued?

Accepted Answer

Corrections to an issued Vietnam eVisa require a separate application process. The process and timeline depend on the type of error and your departure date. Andrew can guide you through the correction process and advise on the most practical approach.

Question 19

Why is my Vietnam eVisa application delayed?

Accepted Answer

Processing delays can occur due to high application volumes, incomplete documentation, or additional checks by Vietnamese immigration authorities. If your application is taking longer than expected, contact Andrew — he can follow up on your behalf and advise on next steps.

Question 20

What happens if my visa is rejected?

Accepted Answer

If your Vietnam eVisa application is rejected, the Vietnamese government will not always provide a specific reason. Andrew can review your application, identify potential issues, and advise on whether reapplying is appropriate and how to improve your chances.

Question 21

Can I enter Vietnam if my visa details do not match my passport?

Accepted Answer

No. Your visa details must exactly match your passport. Any discrepancy — including a misspelled name or wrong passport number — may result in denial of boarding or entry. If you notice an error, contact Andrew immediately to discuss correction options.

Question 22

What should I do if I have not received my visa by my departure date?

Accepted Answer

Contact Andrew immediately if your visa has not arrived and your departure is approaching. He will check the status of your application and advise on the available options, which may include requesting priority processing or exploring alternative entry arrangements.

Question 23

Can I enter Vietnam through a different airport than the one stated on my visa?

Accepted Answer

Your Vietnam eVisa specifies permitted entry points. You must enter through one of the entry points listed on your visa. If you need to change your entry point, you may need to apply for a new visa. Contact Andrew if you need to adjust your entry arrangements.

Question 24

Can I use my Vietnam eVisa at any eligible international entry point?

Accepted Answer

Vietnam eVisas are valid at designated international airports, seaports, and land border crossings. Not all entry points accept eVisas. Check that your intended entry point is listed on your visa before travelling.

Question 25

Do children need their own Vietnam visa?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each traveller, including children, requires their own valid Vietnam visa or must be eligible for visa exemption. Children travelling on a parent's passport are not covered by the parent's visa.

Question 26

Can I extend my stay in Vietnam?

Accepted Answer

Vietnam eVisa extensions are not currently available through the online portal. If you wish to stay longer than your visa permits, you will need to apply for a new visa or depart and re-enter Vietnam. Contact Andrew for guidance on your specific situation.

Question 27

What happens if I arrive in Vietnam without a valid visa?

Accepted Answer

Arriving in Vietnam without a valid visa will result in denial of entry and you will be returned to your point of departure at your own expense. Always ensure your visa is approved and valid before travelling.

Question 28

What should I check before traveling to Vietnam?

Accepted Answer

Before travelling, verify that your visa is approved and the details match your passport exactly, your passport has at least 6 months validity, your entry point is listed on your visa, and you have a printed copy of your eVisa. Contact Andrew if you have any concerns.

Question 29

How does your urgent Vietnam visa service work?

Accepted Answer

Contact Andrew with your passport details, travel date, nationality, and current visa situation. He will assess your case, explain the available options, and — if you choose to proceed — submit your application with the appropriate expedited processing option.

Question 30

How much does urgent Vietnam visa assistance cost?

Accepted Answer

Service fees start from $39 for 3-day expedited processing, with higher fees for faster options. Same-day and emergency cases are assessed individually. These are private service fees — the Vietnamese government eVisa fee is separate and already paid if you applied on evisa.gov.vn.

Question 31

What information do you need to help with my application?

Accepted Answer

Andrew will need your full name as it appears on your passport, passport number and expiry date, nationality, intended entry and exit dates, entry point, and a passport-style photo. He will confirm the exact requirements when you contact him.

Question 33

Are you an official Vietnamese government website?

Question 34

What is the difference between government visa fees and private service fees?

Accepted Answer

The Vietnamese government charges an official eVisa fee for processing your application. This fee is paid directly to the government when you apply. Andrew's private service fee covers his personal assistance, application review, and follow-up — it is separate from and in addition to the government fee.

Question 35

What is your refund policy if my visa is delayed or rejected?

Accepted Answer

Andrew will not charge a service fee if he is unable to assist with your specific situation. If your application is submitted and subsequently rejected or delayed beyond the agreed timeline, contact Andrew directly to discuss your case. Refund terms depend on the circumstances.

Question 36

What happens if my visa cannot be issued before my flight?

Accepted Answer
